At Snapmaker, we stand behind the quality of our 3D printers and laser engravers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tools provided in the initial shipment.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
